1. Agreement
By accessing or using Protein Picks, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location.
2. The service
Protein Picks helps users browse recipes, review nutrition information, save favorites, prepare grocery lists, and follow cooking steps. Features, recipe availability, and platform support may change over time. The iPhone app is the initial platform; an Android version may be offered in the future.
Future paid features
The current first version does not include a consumer subscription. If paid features are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial conditions, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. In-app purchases on iOS will be processed under Apple’s applicable payment terms.
Future advertising
The current first version does not include third-party advertising. If advertising is introduced, relevant disclosures and privacy choices will be provided as required.
3. Food, allergens, and health information
Recipes and nutrition values are provided for general informational purposes. They are not medical, nutrition, or dietary advice and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Ingredient brands, substitutions, measurements, preparation, and serving sizes can change nutrition values.
You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food safety, cooking temperatures, dietary restrictions, and whether a recipe is suitable for you or anyone you serve. See the Nutrition Disclaimer for more detail.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape or copy content at scale, bypass technical limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the service in violation of law or another person’s rights.
5. Ownership and permitted use
The Protein Picks name, visual identity, software, text, graphics, recipe presentation, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to Protein Picks and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every recipe, nutrition value, or dietary label is error-free or suitable for every person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protein Picks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Protein Picks at any time. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights, or when these terms are materially violated.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest effective date will appear above. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
